District Council is open to all 4-H youth in Osceola County ages 13 to 18.  Meetings are held in either Orange or Seminole County with an Extension vehicle leaving from Osceola County at 5:00 PM on the days of the meetings in Orange County and 4:30 PM on the days of meetings in Seminole County.
