2010-2011 Enrollment Instructions

To be enrolled for the 2010-2011 4-H year you must:

  1. Complete the online registration at florida.4honline.com beginning August 25, 2010
    • If you were in 4-H last year, select “I have a profile” and log in with the parent email address on your 4-H registration form from last year and with your family password.
    • If you were not a member last year, select “I need to set-up a profile” and proceed from there.
  2. Return 2 signed copies of the Florida 4-H Participation Form to the 4-H club or 4-H Extension office.  You can print this form from the florida.4honline.com website by logging into your child’s record under member reports.
    • Please print form front to back to save paper and filing space.
  3. Return a signed copy of the Osceola County 4-H Parent’s Agreement/Active 4-H Definition to your 4-H club or the Extension Office.
  4. Return the appropriate pages from the 4-H project list, indicating the project(s) youth are enrolling in for the 2010-2011 4-H year.  Note:  All must complete the first page as well as any pages needed showing chosen project(s).
  5. Pay $8.00 registration fee.  Make checks payable to Osceola County 4-H Foundation.
