2009- 2010 4-H Enrollment Information

To be enrolled for the 2009-2010 4-H year you must:

1. Return 2 signed, notarized copies of the Florida 4-H Participation Form to the Extension office.
2. Return a signed copy of the Osceola County 4-H Parents Agreement/Active 4-H'er definition to the Extension office.
3. Return the appropriate pages from the 4-H project list, indicating the projects youth are enrolling in for the 2009-2010 4-H year.
4. Pay a non-refundable $5.00 fee (registration and insurance). Please make checks payable to Osceola County 4-H Foundation.
5. Complete the online registration with florida.4honline.com
   1. If you were in 4-H last year, select "I have a profile" and log in with the parent e-mail address on your 4-H registration form from last year and with password sent to that e-mail address.  If necessary create a new password.
   2. If you were not a member of 4-H last year, select "I need to set-up a profile" and proceed from there.
