For those NOT under the authority of  the City of St. Cloud or Toho Water Authority, South Florida Water Management District has put the following water restrictions in place in Osceola County:

If you irrigate from a lake, canal, private well, or receive water from a utility, you may irrigate two days per week, of your choosing, before 10:00am, and after 4:00pm.

Exemptions: you can irrigate with microirrigation methods; hand water with a hose; operate an irrigation system for not more than 10 minutes per zone per hour for repairs or to water in lawn chemicals and fertilizer.
